A little more clarity.
Common questions about procurement, documentation and shipping.
Who can submit a sourcing request?+
Laboratories, businesses and independent researchers may submit a request. Buyer details and intended research use are reviewed before an order is accepted. Materials are not offered for personal use or administration to humans or animals.
Where do orders ship from?+
Orders dispatch from China. Destination eligibility, available transport, estimated transit time and shipping costs are confirmed in the quotation. Availability is not guaranteed for every product or destination.
Can I review a COA before ordering?+
Yes. Ask for the report associated with the proposed supply batch. The library contains supplier-provided historical third-party records, which do not certify every batch or establish suitability for human use.
How do quotation and payment work?+
Send your product list, specifications, quantities and destination. We confirm availability and documentation, then provide an agreed quotation with payment and delivery terms. This website does not collect card details.
Do you serve the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada?+
These are our primary inquiry markets. We review each request and destination before confirming whether we can fulfill it. Customs responsibilities and any applicable restrictions must be settled before payment.
Can I request custom quantities or documentation?+
Include the quantity and required analytical documents in your request. We will confirm what can be provided with the quotation. Do not assume a test or specification is included unless confirmed in writing.
