Quotation and acceptance
Catalog entries are requests for inquiry, not binding offers. Specifications, availability, price, payment terms and the supply batch must be confirmed in an individual written quotation. An inquiry alone does not create an order.
Documentation and order issues
Reports apply to the identified tested samples and batches. Any discrepancies, transit damage or order issues should be reported promptly with order details and photographs where relevant. Review and any agreed remedy depend on the confirmed order terms and applicable requirements.
